Can I track my mystery package? Yes! Once your box is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You’ll be able to see exactly when the mystery will arrive at your doorstep.

What can I expect to find in my Mystery Box? While the exact contents are a surprise, each box is centered around a specific theme (revealed on the product page). We guarantee that the combined retail value of the items will always meet or exceed the price you paid for the box.
Can I request specific items? The magic of LorveCiravon lies in the surprise! Therefore, we cannot take requests for specific items. However, if you have allergies or strong preferences (e.g., clothing size), please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is it the same items in every box? We rotate our inventory frequently. If you order multiple boxes from the same theme at the same time, there is a chance of receiving similar items, but we strive to keep every experience unique!
Returns & Satisfaction
Can I return my Mystery Box if I don't like what's inside? Due to the nature of the "Mystery" concept, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a dislike of the contents. However, if an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll make it right!
